About EBAL
EBAL is a management consulting company registered in Jordan. We help NGOs, UN agencies and companies across Jordan, the Gulf and the region solve problems in projects, data, operations and tenders.
Who we are
We work in nine domains:
- Project management and development
- Data collection and analysis
- Information management and reporting
- Monitoring, evaluation and accountability
- Operations and administration
- Business development
- Tenders and document control
- Databases and data systems
- Engineering support: BOQs, site supervision and works monitoring
Our team has run projects, data systems and operations itself, so each engagement ends with deliverables your staff can use and keep up to date.
How we work with you
- Adapted to you. We shape the method, team and timeline around your organisation and work in your formats and tools.
- Practical from day one. We find the cause of the problem and go straight to solutions your staff can use and maintain.
