No. We prepare BOQs, cost estimates and tender specifications for civil, electrical, mechanical and water works, monitor works and run document control. We do not produce drawings or design works, including through our engineering partner.
Our engineering consultant monitors progress and quality against the BOQ and contract. Where licensing is required, site supervision is delivered with our licensed engineering partner. We ask you before we share any of your information with the partner.
