These terms cover your use of ebalconsulting.org and the written quotes we send. Please read them before you request a quote.

Part 1: Using this website
1. Who we are
This website is run by Jabal Ebal for Management Solutions and Consulting (EBAL), a company registered in Jordan and based in Amman. By using the site, you accept these terms.
2. Information on this site
The site describes our services in general terms. It isn't advice for your situation, and nothing on it is an offer to provide services at a price. Your problem profile comes from your answers only. We check it with you before we suggest any work.
3. Experience shown
Years of experience on this site belong to individual consultants, gained in earlier roles. They are not the company's own track record.
4. Our content and logo
The text, design, logo and problem check on this site belong to EBAL. You may share links to our pages and print or save pages for your own use. Please ask us before copying our content for any other purpose.
5. Using our forms
Please give accurate details, and don't send personal data about other people, such as beneficiaries or staff. Don't use the site to send spam or harmful code, or to try to reach parts of it that aren't public.
6. Other services
Links to WhatsApp and other sites take you to services run by other companies, under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we may change or pause it at any time, and we can't promise it will always be free of errors.
8. Your personal data
Our privacy notice explains how we use the details you send us.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction.
10. Language
These terms are published in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top.
Part 2: Quotation terms
1. Prices
We don't publish prices. Each quote is written for the scope you describe.
2. What a quote includes
Scope, deliverables, team, timeline and price.
3. When you receive it
Within 3 days of your request. If we need more information to price the work, we ask within 24 hours, and the 3 days run from your answer.
4. Language
Quotes and proposals, both technical and financial, are in English or Arabic, as you prefer.
5. Validity
A quote is valid for 30 days from the date on it.
6. Scope confirmation
The price applies to the scope set out in the quote. Before work starts, we confirm the scope with you in writing. If the scope changes, we send a revised quote.
7. A quote is not a contract
Work starts when a contract is signed or a purchase order is issued. The contract or purchase order sets the payment terms.
8. Free consultation
The first consultation is free, lasts 45 minutes and doesn't commit you to anything.
9. What we don't do
We don't produce drawings or design works. Where licensing requires it, site supervision is delivered with our licensed engineering partner, and the quote sets out the partner's role.
10. Currency and taxes
Quotes are in US dollars (USD) or Jordanian dinars (JOD), as you prefer. Each quote states whether sales tax applies.
11. Governing law
Quotes are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
